|Job Title||EMT Student|
This application track is intended for those who are interested in enrolling in our EMS school.
The course is $1200 and includes all books, uniform shirt, supplies and fees. A $200 deposit is due 2 weeks prior to the start of class and the remaining balance is due by the forth class session. Successful participants may agree to a two-year commitment after completing the course and begin running as a functioning volunteer member of Hudson EMS. This course prepares the student for Emergency Medical Technician certification including patient assessment, airway and cardiac management, trauma management, medical patient management and clinical experience.
The course culminates with the student sitting for the National Registry Examination for the State of Ohio for EMT-Basic.
In order to become a member, participants must be fully certified to apply. This can be done immediately after passing the National Registry test to become an EMT. Applications for volunteers are also available on this website.
